Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Southern Region Palliative Care practice

Ensure efficient workflows and optimize patient care delivery

Manage budgets and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration among clinical and administrative teams

Responsible for practice culture and engagement, management and staff development, recruiting and retention of management, staff and providers, and financial performance

Collaborate with peers and a multidisciplinary team to ensure practices are functioning optimally and in compliance with all regulatory bodies

Partner with Medical and Administrative leadership with strategic planning and business development for practice area
