The Accounts Payable team member will support daily accounting operations, manage invoices, and provide administrative assistance to the Controller and Assistant Controller.
Food and Beverage
Responsibilities
Input invoices daily
Review records of accounts and input entries into proper accounts
Print and distribute checks per Controller and Assistant Controller
Respond to all inquiries within a 24-48 hour window
Develop and implement proper keeping of financial records, making use of current technologies
Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that the team members can locate resources and products as needed
Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Provide administrative support to Controller and Assistant Controller
Provide assistance to Controller and Assistant Controller as needed
Answer and direct phone calls if needed
Communicate effectively with the Controller and Assistant Controller by anticipating needs and supplies for day to day operations
Follows The Indigo Road’s operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security
