Responsibilities

Assist with purchasing and supply chain activities

Perform data entry, analysis, and generate reports

Support contract documentation and compliance processes

Collaborate with team members on assigned projects

Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks

Communicate professionally with partners and vendors

Meet rigid and challenging deadlines

Work in harmony with other people

Follow explicit directions on each assignment

Give full attention to details

Demonstrate independence in working on given assignments, yet remain proactive in seeking direction from team members

Exercise sound judgment of Church doctrine, history, organization, policy, and protocol

Required

Paid Interns are qualified while enrolled in an educational institution and for one year following graduation

Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and maintain temple worthiness

They must sign a Paid Internship Engagement Letter

Preferred

Background in finance, accounting, law, supply chain, industrial engineering or a field related to this work is desired

Confident in using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerBI, OneNote, OneDrive, Teams)

Proven organizational skills, detail oriented

Willingness and ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work with minimal supervision

Ability to interact well in a team environment

Excellent understanding and ability to communicate in English
