Computer Science Tutor (Davis Tutoring and Writing Center)

Responsibilities
Tutor WSU students in Computer Science at the Davis Learning Center as part of the Learning Support department
Tutoring is done on a drop-in basis
Availability for drop-in shifts is determined by the tutor
We require and provide training in tutoring techniques
Qualification
Required
Must be a WSU student in good academic standing
Faculty recommendation or endorsement
Must be able to tutor at the Davis Campus
Must have earned a B or better in the courses you propose to tutor
A strong working knowledge of the subject matter you will be tutoring
Good listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Ability to tutor many different courses
