Responsibilities
Work with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), Microsoft Suite, Google Suite
Identify and troubleshoot material handling equipment that impacts facility product flow
Develop positive cross functional internal and external relationship with focus on delivering targeted results that improve the overall occupancy experience, operating efficiency and site reliability
Conduct routine repairs/ tasks with tools and equipment
Perform associated tasks on 3 phase electrical systems under 600 volts, critical preventive maintenance predictive maintenance, drive unit and component rebuilds
PLC/controls a plus
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 Years of relevant experience
Strong technical knowledge of MHE and automation in a distribution environment
Ability to work, plan, and prioritize independently and in a cross functional team
Strong verbal, written, analytical and persuasive skills inclusive of exercising good judgment
Capable of multitasking, highly organized, with excellent time management
Learn and apply working knowledge of related work area processes and procedures
Availability to work weekends
Preferred
PLC/controls a plus
