1+ years expDownhole Chemical Solutions (DCS) is actively seeking an Operations Engineer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide technical support for DCS's field operations while contributing to the growth of our dry friction reducer delivery program, DriFlowTM.

Responsibilities
You will be on the front lines, gaining hands-on experience with our equipment and processes in the field
You'll delve into the technical aspects of our operations, ensuring the seamless function of electronic systems
You will learn to manage and coordinate field activities, fostering strong communication with our teams in the field
You will learn inventory management and loading bulk products for field delivery at the facility
You'll be involved in monitoring and supporting operations remotely, employing cutting-edge technology
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science from an accredited university in petroleum engineering, mechanical engineering, or chemical engineering
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Willingness to relocate to Marshall, TX and travel as needed throughout the U.S. to support DCS's operations
Must be self-motivated, and able to work autonomously alongside other engineers and field personnel
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Preferred
1-2 year field experience, internship, or otherwise
MS Office
Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals
Self-starter
Project management
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
