Responsibilities

Work closely with Creative Team, Marketing Team, Project Managers, QA, Client Managers
Track and follow tasks for all projects (Layout, Menu, Survey) in Jira
Develop and maintain innovative, engaging guest-facing experiences for various customers at Ziosk, using Ziosk user experience software tools
Help create Marketing campaigns and program the underlying data to match campaign requirements
Collaborate closely with colleagues to implement UX solutions on Ziosk devices
Review customer requirements and develop the user experiences to meet wire frames
Manage dynamic content on Ziosk with content management systems
Program customer-specific configuration and skinning of assets to render on Ziosk
Work closely with the marketing creative team for the timely delivery of assets to meet customer delivery deadlines
Document UX change details and communicate to the Quality Assurance team for validation and approval
Maintain Wiki for menus and surveys
Collaborate with the Content Team to grow a documented knowledge base and help define and execute best practices
Maintain projects in the document repository in a clean and sustainable format

Required

Preferred

Experience with JIRA and Atlassian tools
Understanding and experience with Agile SCRUM methodologies and operations
