Responsibilities
Drive product from idea → execution → scale
Own and prioritize the product roadmap
Lead and develop a high-performing team of 8-10+ product managers
Translate complex accounting and financial workflows into clear, actionable requirements
Ensure product accuracy, reliability, and usability
Improve internal tools and workflows so eng & product teams ship faster and better
Act as the voice of the customer and combine business goals with technical constraints
Qualification
Required
7+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
Experience leading and scaling product teams and processes during high-growth startup phases (Series A → B and beyond)
Comfortable operating across strategy and hands on execution (this is a hands-on role)
Clear communicator with strong judgment and ownership mindset
Preferred
Experience working in or with accounting teams or audit
Familiarity with accounting systems, finance tools, and ERP software
