Responsibilities

Bridge business strategy with technical solutions across Trading & Supply portfolios

Lead stakeholder engagement, workshops, and large design sessions

Capture and translate business problems, value drivers, and requirements into system functionality

Ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements through testing and delivery

Assess risks, feasibility, and business impact

Guide and coach junior Business Analysts

Contribute to best practices, process improvements, and BA strategy

Work in Agile environments and help stakeholders adopt Agile ways of working

Required

Strong Trading & Supply domain experience

Hands-on Endur experience

Expertise in Cmotion, Deal Capture (Front Office), Settlements & Accounting (Back Office), and Tax

Solid business process improvement, benefits, and risk management knowledge

Agile hands-on experience (Scrum / Agile tools & practices)

7–10 years of IT experience with leadership exposure

Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills

Must be authorized to work in the US

Preferred

CBAP or PMI-PBA certification

Lean Practitioner experience

Agile certifications or formal training
