Technical Support Technician
Collabera is a company seeking a Data Center ID Delivery Technician to provide technical support to end users. The role involves resolving technical issues, documenting problems, and ensuring timely resolutions under supervision.
Responsibilities
Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support
Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution
Qualification
Required
0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Experience working on driver repairs/dry-work/break-fix
Basic familiarity with computer hardware
Understands Clients Leadership Principals
Lift up to 40lbs
Associate's degree in a related field
Preferred
CompTIA A+ & Network+ Certification
