Managing a full litigation caseload from inception through resolution

Communicating directly with clients and providing regular case updates

Taking and defending depositions

Handling mediations

Participating in investigations, court appearances, motion practice, and trials

Qualification

Required

JD degree with excellent academic credentials

1+ years of experience in commercial and/or employment litigation

Admittance to practice in New York

Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills

Preferred

Law Review and/or Moot Court experience

Experience handling employment litigation matters, including but not limited to employment discrimination, workplace harassment, wage and hour disputes, and traditional labor law matters

Experience handling employment litigation in federal and state wage and hour cases, including collective and class actions

Experience handling investigations before the U.S. Department of Labor, the New York State Department of Labor, EEOC and other state and local human rights agencies
