CAN Clinical Program Manager
The University of South Carolina is dedicated to transforming lives through education and research. The CAN Clinical Program Manager will support the development and implementation of initiatives focused on autism and neurodevelopmental disorders, working closely with various stakeholders to enhance clinical care and support for students.

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the development of two strategic clinical initiatives, including assisting in strategic planning, developing workflows, referral systems, and community outreach efforts
Provide direct service and/or training to stakeholder groups. For example, executive function workshops or training for faculty and staff. As part of this, help develop and organize training materials. Track participation and outcome data for program evaluation. Support integration of research into clinical and training services
Coordinate student-facing and community-facing programs. Ensure alignment across key initiatives and facilitate collaboration among faculty and staff. Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and manage project communications and deliverables
Facilitate grant submissions, compliance reporting, and marketing efforts in collaboration with college and department offices
Other duties as required
Qualification
Required
Requires a bachelor's degree in a job related field and 5 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience
Proficiency in basic computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Universal Design for Learning and Neurodiversity-Affirming paradigms
Preferred
Master's degree in psychology, education, public health, social work, disability studies, speech-language pathology or a related field
Experience working in a university clinic setting
Knowledge of Universal Design for Learning (UDL), inclusive pedagogy, or neurodiversity-affirming care
Experience coordinating interdisciplinary teams or projects
Experience working with non-profit or other community-facing centers
Licensed or license-eligible in the respective field. (Post-doctoral fellows in psychology will be considered)
