Tax Associate (short-term)
Revolution Technologies is seeking a Tax Associate for a strictly temporary position during the tax season. The role involves processing and reviewing partnership tax returns and compiling data for various reports using Excel and other company systems.
Responsibilities
Processing and reviewing partnership tax returns using company's systems
Collects data for preparation of various reports using Excel, PDFs, or from databases
Compiles data for reports and collates into a single report
Assists in preparing, reviewing, or auditing reports
Schedules, reports, and tracks information for department
Forwards documents in system as needed
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be computer savvy and proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Candidates must have 4-6 years of financial services experience
Candidates must have 1-2 years of tax processing experience
Processing and reviewing partnership tax returns
Organizational and time management skills sufficient to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications to produce correspondence, electronic communication and maintain spreadsheets and databases
Build solid, effective working relationships with others
Coach others in the development of their skills
Execute instructions and request clarification when necessary
Provide courteous, timely service when addressing customer questions and concerns
Speak clearly and concisely
Convey information clearly and effectively through both formal and informal documents
Constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines
