Responsibilities
Repair and maintain critical voice, video, and data systems, including fiber/copper cabling and high-speed computer networks
Execute real-time configuration changes during launch operations and manage trouble tickets from generation to resolution
Service diverse equipment ranging from DICES voice systems and CCTV to telemetry circuits, timing systems, and LMR equipment
Partner with the other customers and to isolate cable faults and resolve cross-agency circuit issues
Perform physically demanding tasks, including tower climbing and working in confined spaces (trenches, tunnels, and launch platforms)
Develop preventative maintenance plans, manage spare parts inventory, and document all actions through formal test and status reports
Participates in special projects as required
Qualification
Required
3 + years of related experience
US Citizenship Required
Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
Technical skills: Electronic Testing, Network & Data Systems, RF & Communication Systems, Video & Audio Systems, Specialized Launch Equipment systems, Preventive Maintenance
Security clearance level: NAC-I
Must be comfortable working at heights (towers/lifts) and in confined spaces (launch pads/tunnels)
