Provide day-to-day HR generalist support to employees and leadership
Serve as a bilingual HR point of contact for employee relations and inquiries
Support recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR compliance
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Partner with leadership in a hands-on manufacturing environment
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Senior-level HR Generalist experience
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, compliance in manufacturing environments, and employee relations
Preferred
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Ability to work onsite and engage directly with employees across all levels
