Responsibilities

Create a positive customer experience by delivering timely, and thorough service in a way that exceeds customer expectations while meeting internal and external deadlines

Primary contact for customer, vendors, partners, and peers. Recognize customer needs and is proficient in selling appropriate secondary products and services to customers

Confirm requirements for title, appraisal, and any loan conditions. Facilitate the final stages of the lending process from loan approval to loan certification

Ability to communicate and clarify complex information in a clear and concise manner with internal and external parties

Adhere to all regulatory compliance requirements, gathers appropriate requirements and documentation to prepare accurate loan closing packages. Follow guidance in all process guides as appropriate for the role

Assist with office coverage and serve as a backup to other roles

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job

2 years experience of financial related customer service, loan processing, or loan servicing

Ability to communicate and clarify complex information in a clear and concise manner with internal and external parties

Adhere to all regulatory compliance requirements
