Responsibilities

Actively seeks and develops new business opportunities with direct and indirect channels through a variety of sales activities and tactics such as consultive selling, funnel management and share of wallet cross/up selling
Demonstrates time & territory balance by developing and executing a plan to maximize time in the field with customers and prospects
Stay on top of industry trends through collaboration with peers, industry publications, and industry conference attendance
Negotiates and executes contracts and customer-specific project initiatives through various internal departments including Legal, Finance, Sales, Service and Customer Support
Uses metrics, KPI, and forecasting to self-manage productivity and meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume
Develops, nurtures, and understands health of customer opportunity funnel and openly works with leadership and sales operations to ensure best results

Qualification

B2B sales experienceSolar energy knowledgeCRM proficiencyEnvironmental Science degreeRelational skillsEnglish language skillsPresentation skills

Required

3+ years of sales/commercial experience in the B2B-oriented solar energy industry, utility scale PV experience is a plus
BA or BSc degree in a management or science-related field such as Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent
B2 level language skills in English, other language skills are a plus
Demonstrated relational and presentation skills, including ability to communicate with people of various technical backgrounds
Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in the use of a CRM tool for funnel management and forecasting
Ability to travel ~50% of the time within the South-EU region with a valid driver's license
