Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and organize meetings and events (on/off site); secure facilities/equipment, operate presentation equipment, take attendance, draft/distribute minutes. Final decisions remain with the Government
Maintain and coordinate daily, shortterm, and longterm calendars in Outlook; compose schedules, itineraries, and meeting arrangements; keep calendars current and resolve conflicts
Issue standardized calendar invites that include classification level, purpose, invitees, meeting POC, scheduler name; set recurring meetings in sixmonth increments and refresh invitees
Prepare and develop correspondence, reports, memoranda, presentations, and readytosend emails for organizationwide distribution
Track daily work schedules and responsibilities for GO/SES headquarters leadership (PEO, Executive Director, Chief of Staff, and Senior Leader organizations)
Schedule and maintain conference room calendars; review at least quarterly and publish seating/equipment/schedule information

Required
