Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in the area of specialization or closely related field
Four years of related administrative and technical experience
Additional job related education may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis
Preferred
Experience with translating marketing communication fundamentals into strategic execution in support of organization goals
Experience building relationships across an organization with marketing and communication professionals and stakeholder audiences
Demonstrated leadership abilities and a vision for high-functioning, cross-disciplinary teams
Strong project management and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Excellent oral and written communication skills
High attention to detail and commitment to collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement
