Responsibilities

Own a large, national database of prospective corporate partners, managing outbound development across many U.S. cities and advancing hundreds of opportunities through the pipeline
Drive new business from first touch to close: research, outreach, qualification, discovery, pitches, proposals, negotiations, contracting, and handoff at close
Execute disciplined pipeline management and forecasting, maintaining accurate data, stage integrity, and revenue projections across a high-volume prospect universe
Lead development conversations with corporate decision-makers, including senior and executive-level stakeholders, earning trust through preparation and clarity
Produce strong development materials – concise outreach, compelling proposals, and clean decks that move prospects toward commitment
Partner cross-functionally at close, ensuring clear expectations, documentation, and smooth transition to Partnerships and Programs for activation
Support revenue growth initiatives, including testing new outreach approaches, refining partnership packages, and improving conversion rates
Maintain exceptional follow-through and responsiveness, especially during peak cycles, without dropping threads in a fast-moving environment

Required

5–8+ years in sales or revenue-driving roles, including corporate partnerships, sponsorships, fundraising, or B2B new business
Proven ability to own outbound pipelines and consistently convert prospects into closed partnerships
Demonstrated success closing $25K–$150K+ deals, with comfort negotiating scope, pricing, and terms
Confidence leading conversations with senior and executive-level stakeholders; prepared, credible, and direct
Strong written communication and presentation skills – outreach that gets replies and proposals that hold up through procurement and legal
High operational discipline: accurate forecasting, clean CRM hygiene, and strong stage integrity
Comfort managing large, high-volume prospect databases across multiple markets without dropping threads
Ability to perform during fast cycles and seasonal peaks (especially July–September) while maintaining quality and responsiveness
Self-directed, resilient, and accountable – someone who takes ownership of results, not just activity
