Train and develop Associates in merchandise presentation and customer service, promoting a culture of collaboration and improvement
Enhance the store’s brand and value strategy by creating eye-catching merchandise displays in key areas
Qualification
Required
1-2 years in retail or service experience
Strong grasp of customer needs and operational processes
Collaborative mindset that fosters effective teamwork and positive relationships
Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
Strong time management skills for clear information sharing and effective prioritization
