Responsibilities
Lead and mentor engineering teams to achieve departmental goals and KPIs
Forecast resources, manage headcount, and oversee hiring and performance processes
Develop and maintain efficient engineering processes and standards
Manage departmental budgets and ensure cost control
Drive technical excellence and apply sound engineering principles to projects
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and meet business objectives
Represent the company at industry events and with regulatory agencies
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and safety standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or technology
10+ years of engineering experience in vehicle design and development
6+ years of management experience leading engineering teams
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CDL or willingness to obtain
Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; travel as needed
