Confidential company is seeking a Director of Procurement, Operations & Sales to lead and scale their business. This senior leadership role focuses on driving revenue growth and managing international procurement and logistics for construction finished goods across various sectors.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of company's procurement and delivery platform, aligning execution with company strategy

Establish operational KPIs, dashboards, and governance across procurement, logistics, quality, and fulfillment

Partner with Finance, Technology, and Operations to scale systems, controls, and workflows

Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, execution, and client outcomes

Own sales strategy and execution across hospitality, multi-residential, and commercial sectors

Develop and expand enterprise, portfolio-wide, and repeat client relationships

Lead pricing strategy, commercial proposals, and contract negotiations

Identify new revenue streams, sourcing opportunities, and strategic partnerships

Represent company in senior-level client negotiations and industry engagements

Own global procurement of finished construction goods, FF&E, fixtures, materials, and specialty items

Build, maintain, and expand a global network of manufacturers, factories, distributors, and suppliers

Identify and qualify international manufacturing partners across key sourcing regions

Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, payment terms, tooling, and production capacity

Establish preferred vendor and manufacturer programs by asset class and geography

Oversee production planning, factory scheduling, and order execution

Establish and enforce quality control standards, inspection protocols, and acceptance criteria

Manage factory audits, third-party inspections, testing protocols, and corrective action plans

Mitigate risks related to delays, quality failures, substitutions, and cost overruns

Oversee end-to-end logistics including ocean, air, rail, and ground freight

Manage Incoterms, customs documentation, duties, tariffs, and import/export compliance

Build and manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers

Optimize total landed cost, delivery sequencing, and on-site coordination

Ensure procurement schedules align with construction milestones and delivery sequencing

Work closely with architects, designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure specification compliance

Support enterprise-level and portfolio-wide client negotiations

Partner with internal teams to drive automation, scalability, and platform improvements

Set global sourcing and procurement strategy by asset class and region

Build and lead sales, procurement, logistics, and quality control teams

Establish negotiation frameworks, approval thresholds, and margin discipline

Drive margin optimization through strategic sourcing, volume leverage, and supplier consolidation

Identify new international sourcing regions and cost advantages

Required

10+ years of senior leadership experience in construction procurement, international sourcing, logistics, or manufacturing sales

Deep understanding of production processes, quality control, and inspection methodologies
