Responsibilities
Scan in and out of equipment for shows using Flex Inventory Software
Learn the different roles of the technical team and be able to contribute as needed in support of our events, virtual events in our broadcast hubs, communication center, production shoots, and studios
QC/Prep equipment for shows using implemented guidelines
Assist in managing Audio/Video/Lighting/Scenic inventories
Organize and maintain event equipment within the warehouse
Willing to regularly load and unload tractor trailers, box trucks, and vans
Willing to learn how to drive a forklift and scissor lift (Experience is a plus)
Drive box trucks and vans to venues in the New England area for delivery and pickup of event equipment
