Responsibilities
Develop and execute facility growth strategies, including new site development, service line expansion, and capacity optimization
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities through data-driven analysis (market demand, payer mix, utilization, and demographics)
Partner with executive leadership to build short- and long-term growth roadmaps aligned with budget and strategic priorities
Collaborate with Operations, Clinical Leadership, and Finance to support facility readiness for expansion and scaling
Ensure growth initiatives are operationally feasible, compliant, and financially sound
Act as a strategic liaison between facility leadership and corporate teams
Partner with Recruitment and HR leadership to align provider and staff hiring plans with facility growth timelines
Support workforce forecasting, headcount planning, and expansion readiness for new and existing facilities
Assist in developing recruitment strategies for high-demand roles tied to facility growth
Track and analyze KPIs related to facility growth, utilization, productivity, and expansion outcomes
Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate progress, risks, and opportunities
Use data insights to recommend course corrections and optimization strategies
Lead and support cross-functional initiatives involving operations, clinical services, finance, recruitment, and compliance
Drive alignment, accountability, and execution across multiple stakeholders
Champion continuous improvement, process optimization, and scalable growth models
Ensure growth initiatives adhere to regulatory, licensure, and payer requirements
Partner with Compliance and Legal teams as needed during expansion efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or a related field
10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, growth strategy, facility expansion, or related leadership roles
Proven experience driving growth initiatives in facility-based or multi-site healthcare organizations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy
Excellent communication and executive presence
Preferred
Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or similar)
Experience within outpatient, ambulatory, behavioral health, or value-based care environments
Familiarity with workforce planning, provider recruitment alignment, and healthcare financial models
Experience supporting expansion across multiple states or regions
