Responsibilities

Responsible for expert support for all network technology implemented at CapMetro including advanced network design, planning, installation, administration, maintenance of network routers, switches, local area networks, wide area networks, wireless networks, telephony systems, network security, etc

Monitor and optimize the performance of the networks as well as all network attached devices

Provide advance direction and leadership to IT staff as well as expert knowledge in all systems technology projects

Work independently with minimal guidance on complex issues
