Responsibilities
Drive national recruiting strategy for craft labor (union & non-union electricians)
Mentor craft recruiters and align efforts with project manpower forecasts
Build pipelines via job fairs, schools, social media, and community outreach
Attend job fairs and lead high-volume recruitment campaigns
Partner with the union and project leadership on workforce strategy
Manage branding, outreach events, and referral programs
Ensure compliance, track metrics, and report hiring progress
Qualification
Required
5+ years electrical craft recruiting experience; 1+ year leadership
Proven experience staffing large-scale projects (up to 9,000 labor hours)
Strong knowledge of electrical craft labor market & project cycles
Expert sourcing skills; ATS/CRM proficiency
Ability to travel up to 25%
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
