Responsibilities
Enter customer orders into order management system, track daily and communicate internally to the Sales Support Specialist Team
Ensure all order details (quantity, pricing, discount, ship date, custom forms, delivery date.) is accurate
Weekly complete forecast for this week and next to instruct replenishment on lates demand projections
Provide support to the Support Specialist in MX, as needed
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of indirect sales and / or customer service experience
Background in multi-task, high pressure environment that expects a sense of urgency
Ability to both navigate and communicate internally and externally for excellent service to customers
Candidates must be strong in Excel (Pivot Tables; Vlookup; Xlookup, filters, formulas, data clean up)
Ability to be adaptable to change
Ensures accountability and manages complexity
Preferred
Experience in produce, food or other short-shelf-life product line is desirable
Retail or CPG experience is desirable
Preferred experience creating processes and program management
