Supporting products such as hedge funds, digital assets, private equity, private credit and private real estate
Processing alternative investments fund activity in client accounts
Analyze and process fund activity information that is delivered to the firm from hundreds of third-party asset managers and fund administrators
Interpret information provided by the funds to ensure that it is processed correctly in client accounts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of relevant finance industry experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a particular strength in Microsoft Excel is required
Ability to ensure process consistency and adherence to all procedural guidelines set forth for a process
Ability to take direction and work independently, as well as in a team environment
Firm understanding of the importance of accuracy in quality of work/downstream impacts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Efficient time management skills / ability to prioritize competing urgent tasks that team is involved with
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Prior operational and/or alternative investments experience is a plus
