Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive tax consulting and compliance services for clients in a variety of industries

Conduct in-depth tax research, analyze findings, and advise clients on complex tax matters

Manage and oversee tax compliance processes, including preparation and review of calculations

Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional engagement teams to provide integrated tax solutions

Identify, develop, and implement innovative tax planning strategies that align with client objectives

Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion

Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service

Mentor, coach, and develop staff in a collaborative, high-performance team environment

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required

Active CPA, JD/LLM or EA required

Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in tax with a public accounting firm, corporate environment, or a blend of both

Demonstrated leadership skills, with proven success managing client service teams and complex projects

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop trusted client relationships

Strong federal tax background including; consolidated C corporation, flow-through, complex individual and a basic understanding of mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring
