Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote – Philippines) – Full\-time
Pharmavise Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team. This individual will support the end-to-end recruitment process from talent sourcing and candidate engagement to interviewing, selection, offer, and onboarding, focusing on high-quality candidates across various domains.

Responsibilities
Support the full-cycle recruitment including job analysis and postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, interview preps, and onboarding
Post jobs across internal portals, job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Zoho Recruit), and social media channels
Source candidates through Boolean searches, LinkedIn, databases, job portals, referral networks, and outreach campaigns
Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (Zoho Recruit)
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients or internal stakeholders, ensuring a professional and timely experience
Prepare and present candidate summaries to clients and hiring managers with clear rationale
Extend offers, negotiate compensation, and ensure smooth onboarding in coordination with QA and Operations team
Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles and future project needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
2–3 years of proven recruitment experience in agency or corporate settings
U.S.-based recruitment experience is required
Proficient in applicant tracking systems (preferably Zoho Recruit) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn and Indeed Smart Sourcing
Strong written and verbal communication skills (professional, concise, and persuasive)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems, and basic Excel functions
Preferred
Prior experience recruiting within life sciences, healthcare, IT, or technical staffing is preferred but not required
Familiarity with employment classifications (W-2, 1099, C2C) preferred
