Legal Counsel - Sanctions & Export Controls
Texas Instruments is seeking a highly motivated attorney with experience in sanctions and export controls to join their legal team. The role involves providing legal advice and guidance on worldwide sanctions and export controls and supporting the global semiconductor business.

Responsibilities
Provide legal guidance to stakeholders, including TI’s global trade compliance organization, relating to sanctions and export controls
Advise on internal policies and procedures
Track, analyze, and proactively communicate new sanctions and export controls globally
Provide legal advice on changes to sanctions and export controls, including coordinating with stakeholders to assess impact to TI
Prepare a variety of written communications such as legal updates
Maintain strong communications channels between relevant internal teams
Some domestic and occasional international travel required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in sanctions and export controls
Strong understanding of global sanctions and export controls
Excellent communication skills
Ability to effectively work with stakeholders
Law degree
Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Ability to travel globally
Some domestic and occasional international travel required
