Responsibilities
Manage the oversight and repairs of multiple industrial cleaning machines and various appliances throughout the production facility, retail stores, and administrative office
Maintain a predefined preventative maintenance schedule and regular documentation and respond swiftly to any emergency repair needs
Conduct routine light maintenance in all retail stores, the production facility, and the administrative office
Maintain the upkeep and optics of the stores, production facility, and administrative office by regularly engaging in seasonal cleanup, repairs to external building features, and trash pickup
All employees will periodically be tasked with cleaning the common areas of the facility
Always follow equipment operation and safety guidelines, including but not limited to lock out/tag out, when utilizing power equipment or working on industrial machinery
Maintain the cleanliness of your work area. Ensure that walkways are always free and clear to prevent trips or falls
Qualification
Required
Ability to read and interpret a technical manual or drawing
Ability to stand continuously for up to 4 hours at a time
Ability to lift a minimum of 70lbs pounds
Ability to move continuously, including repeatedly bending and lifting
Ability to tolerate high environmental temperatures

Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
Preferred
1+ years of maintenance or equipment repair experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Prior experience working in a fast-paced industrial environment with limited supervision
Prior experience with steam, electrical, carpentry and plumbing, as well as other technical skills
