Responsibilities

Play a critical role in shaping how DoorDash manages and scales its compensation programs
Design and implement solutions that directly improve the employee and manager experience across performance, pay, and planning cycles
Gain deep exposure to the annual cycles to grow, scale and improve overall experience
Own meaningful system components and have the autonomy to recommend and execute improvements
Influence key data flows and reporting frameworks that drive business decisions
Work in a fast-paced, impact-driven culture where experimentation and innovation are encouraged
Grow your Workday and People Systems expertise through hands-on configuration, release management, and strategic projects

Required

3–5+ years of experience in Workday with a focus on Compensation and Reporting (Advanced Compensation strongly preferred)
Hands-on experience with Workday configuration, including calculated fields, EIBs, business processes, condition rules, compensation foundational setup and security
Strong capability in building custom reports, dashboards, matrix reports, trending analysis, and data validations
Ability to translate technical system requirements into clear, actionable processes for nontechnical partners
Experience supporting compensation cycles (merit, equity, promotions) in Workday
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and comfort working with large data sets
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and proactively solve complex problems
