Account Development Representative
Avalara is an AI-first company looking for experienced Account Development Representatives (ADRs) to identify new prospects and high-value opportunities through outbound prospecting. The role involves creating quality opportunities for sales teams and maintaining engagement with leads to increase interest in Avalara products.

Responsibilities
Every day you will create quality opportunities and schedule meetings for our sales teams by using leads or accounts provided by marketing by telephone, email, and other means
You will become an expert on products and services and maintain relevant industry knowledge
You will maintain active engagement with leads through scheduled follow-up communications to increase customer interest in Avalara products
You will improve customer participation in webinars, certification events, and conferences
You will achieve monthly quotas of qualified and sales accepted opportunities
Qualification
Required
You must be based within 1 hour commute to Durham
