Hyatt is a leading hospitality company that is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Manager – Financial Partners to join their World of Hyatt loyalty team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of credit card partnerships and marketing initiatives to drive new card acquisitions and engage existing Cardmembers.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day responsibilities to successfully grow our cobrand credit card and drive Hyatt Corporation EBITDA for both the consumer and small business card
Manage credit card marketing tactics across multi-channel marketing campaigns, including measurement, new channel tests, and creative review
Manage Hyatt’s points purchase product, working with third-party
Support offers with financial services companies to drive stays at Hyatt hotels

Required

3+ years of marketing/agency/account management/project management experience
Relationship/Client management experience
Strong account management and organizational skills, with an ability to multitask
Excellent communication skills – writing/presentation skills, experience communicating with executive leadership a plus
Basic analytical skills and comfort with Excel
Strong negotiation skills are a plus
Experience or exposure to the financial services industry is a plus
Creative/innovative approach to problem solving
History of delivering results and implementing change
Proven ability to collaborate across a highly matrixed organization
Highly professional and able to appropriately represent the company to external partners
