Client Relations Manager
Colony Tire Corporation, located in Raleigh, North Carolina, is currently seeking a full-time Client Relations Manager. This role is responsible for managing national and major customer accounts, overseeing billing and accounts receivable functions, and serving as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Manage national and major accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
Oversee accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-up on outstanding balances
Manage and maintain third-party billing portals, ensuring timely and accurate invoice submission
Resolve billing discrepancies, rejected invoices, and customer inquiries
Coordinate with internal teams to support account setup, documentation, and ongoing maintenance
Maintain organized account and billing records and provide reporting as needed
Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred)
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, and billing systems
Preferred
Experience with national and/or major accounts
Accounts receivable and third-party billing portal experience
Experience in a multi-location or service-based environment
