Customer Marketing Manager
Bernard Nickels & Associates is seeking a hands-on Customer Marketing Manager to join their team temporarily. The role focuses on driving customer retention and expansion through the design and execution of multi-channel campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance.
Responsibilities
Own and execute customer marketing initiatives focused on retention and expansion
Lead cross-functional campaigns that reach diverse customer personas through multiple channels
Develop audience strategies, including segmentation, personas, and channel plans
Execute customer growth nurture campaigns across email, paid media, and other channels to support outbound pipeline goals
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Growth Marketing to align on pipeline objectives and campaign performance
Use data and experimentation to optimize campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
Communicate campaign impact and insights clearly to stakeholders through reporting and storytelling
Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure customer messaging drives adoption and engagement
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing multi-channel customer marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Proficiency with tools such as Asana and Gainsight
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to craft clear, concise, and engaging content
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategy
Preferred
Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, GSuite, Stensul, or Glean
Experience supporting product launches, paid media, or growth marketing campaigns
