Gain a deep understanding of our tools and business processes, including onboarding and customer support
Prioritize IT support tickets defined by our processes and procedures
Monitor, maintain, and resolve issues related to servers, workstations, and network configurations
Ensure complete and accurate documentation of support activities and track time spent on tasks within our ticketing system

Qualification

Required

Familiarity with support and troubleshooting of various IT environments
Minimum of two years of related experience
Effective verbal communication and exceptional customer service skills
