Senior HRIS Analyst

Responsibilities

Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of HRIS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Performance Management, and Learning
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, working with IT support and system vendors as necessary
Conduct system testing and quality assurance for new features, updates, and integrations
Extensive experience with HRIS platforms such as Oracle Fusion, Workday, and/or UKG Ready/Pro
Proficiency in configuring and managing various HRIS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Performance Management
Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing HRIS data
Experience with HRIS reporting tools and data visualization platforms
Knowledge of data integration and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
Demonstrated experience with scripting languages and APIs for system integration
Design, develop, and generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for HR and organizational leaders
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across HRIS systems by performing regular audits and validation
Analyze HR data trends to support decision-making and identify areas for process improvement
Configure HRIS modules to meet business requirements and optimize system performance
Implement and manage system integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
Ability to interpret and analyze HR data to generate actionable insights
Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration details, process workflows, and user guides
Provide expert support on HRIS functionalities, including payroll, benefits administration, performance management, and recruiting
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system configurations
Develop and deliver training and support materials for end-users to enhance system adoption and proficiency
Assist with HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades, process improvements, and new module implementations
Lead project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external consultants to facilitate project success
Proven experience supporting HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades and process improvements
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Ensure HRIS compliance with regulatory requirements and internal data security policies
Manage user access and system security roles to protect sensitive HR data and maintain appropriate access controls
Partner with HR, IT, and other departments to align HRIS capabilities with organizational needs and strategies
Provide recommendations and insights based on data analysis to support HR initiatives and operational efficiency
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors
Excellent troubleshooting skills for resolving complex system issues
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and system performance
In-depth understanding of HR processes and workflows, roles based permissions and entity setup, including payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, and performance management
Ability to translate HR needs into effective system configurations and technical solutions
Assist in developing and executing change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new HR technologies and processes
Create user guides, training materials, and communication plans to support system users through transitions
Provide end-user support and address any issues or questions related to new HR digital tools and processes

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., HRIS or project management certifications) is a plus
3+ years of experience in HRIS management or a similar role, with significant experience in major HRIS platforms such as Oracle Fusion, Workday, or UKG Ready/Pro
Experience implementing and maintaining Workday
Demonstrated experience in system implementation, data management, reporting, and project management
Able to work Central Time Zone hours
Extensive experience with HRIS platforms such as Oracle Fusion, Workday, and/or UKG Ready/Pro

Knowledgeable on ServiceNow platform and KnowledgeBase
Experience in well-structured high functioning HRIS teams
