(Korean Bilingual) Program Manager (Mobile App)
Harmonious Hiring LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the launch and growth of a new mobile application and loyalty programs for a retail and bakery brand. This role focuses on driving customer engagement, retention, and frequency through data-driven digital initiatives.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of a new mobile app launch and post-launch optimization
Define success metrics, project plans, milestones, and timelines
Manage cross-functional teams (analytics, technical, marketing) to meet program goals
Drive loyalty and growth strategies focused on customer experience, retention, and acquisition
Analyze app performance and customer data to recommend improvements
Manage program roadmap, backlog, and prioritization of new features
Serve as the main point of contact for program status updates and stakeholder communication
Collaborate with U.S. teams and overseas development partners to align business and technical requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
8+ years of experience in digital program management or loyalty/digital initiatives
Strong project and people management experience
Solid understanding of digital platforms, infrastructure, and data systems
Proficiency in analytics tools and languages (SQL required; Python/R/SAS a plus)
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting skills
Bilingual in Korean and English required
Preferred
Experience in retail, QSR, or franchise brands strongly preferred
