Responsibilities
Inform, shape, and drive execution of product initiatives surrounding games discovery FanDuel Casino
Establish and maintain domain expertise on the product, market, and competitors
Assess product opportunities and spearhead the ideation, prioritization, and design of new initiatives
Ensure transparency and alignment with organizational stakeholders
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operational functions to ensure successful product deliveries and launches
Identify, prioritize, and execute post-launch optimizations and improvements
Track and report objectively on product performance and OKRs
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2+ years' experience as a product manager or similar role required
Proven track record of partnering with engineers and designers to deliver successful products
Demonstrated success cross-functionally influencing teams without formal authority
Excellent stakeholder management and critical thinking skills
Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects while effectively balancing scope, resourcing, time, and quality
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
A strong sense of ownership and accountability for goals and deliverables
