Responsibilities
You independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs
You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets
You will use execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance) standards and ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed
You will understand the losses in their area and equipment and report them
Climbing occasionally
Stooping, kneeling, crouching frequently

Walking two miles daily
Lifting up to fifty lbs. frequently

Job functions include Machine operating, Close Equipment Inspections, Machine assembly and disassembly using wrenches and tools, working alongside production operators and other skilled trade’s people, read manuals and operations instructions, clerical administrative duties and work at a computer terminal
Qualification
Required
Experience and knowledge in operating machines with coaching
Understanding of safety and quality standards for operating machines
Ability to read and write, and fluently conversant in the language of communication as appropriate to the site
Ability to collaborate well in a diverse work environment
Physical ability to climb occasionally
Physical ability to stoop, kneel, crouch frequently
Physical ability to crawl short distances occasionally
Physical ability to reach arm's length frequently
Physical ability to stand for sustained periods
Physical ability to walk two miles daily
Physical ability to lift up to fifty lbs. frequently

Ability to work under extreme heat, above 100 degrees for more than one hour
Ability to work under vibrations affecting extremities or whole body
Ability to work under hazards: moving machinery, electrical current, high places, chemicals, heat
Ability to work under atmospheric conditions: fumes, dust, odors, mists, gasses, oils
Ability to work a schedule of 10.30 pm - 6.30 am, 5 days on, 2 days off
