Culligan Quench is a company dedicated to improving lives and the environment by providing filtered water solutions. They are seeking a Coffee Route Driver to deliver coffee consumables, provide exceptional customer service, and manage inventory effectively.

Responsibilities

Deliver coffee consumables to customers along an assigned route

Upsell coffee-related products to enhance customer value

Clean and maintain coffee equipment and accessories during each customer visit

Perform minor repairs and maintenance as needed

Provide exceptional customer service to clients within your designated territory

Maintain accurate par levels of coffee consumables at the branch, including:

Conducting regular in-branch inventory counts

Coordinating with Supply Chain to replenish low stock levels

Ensure accurate inventory management at the storage shed

Pick up local supply orders from retailers such as Walmart or Sam’s Club

Receive and unload vendor deliveries and organize inventory accordingly

Adhere to company driving standards and safety policies

Qualification

Basic computer proficiencyCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsSelf-starter mindset

Required

A valid driver's license with a clean and acceptable driving record

Basic computer proficiency

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows

A self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
