Forecasting & responding to production volume and manpower needs in order to maximize productivity and ensure quality
Training, developing & supervising non-exempt associates
Promoting and maintaining high associate morale & safety
Coaching and counseling associate performance and attendance issues
Maintain established through-put standards
Meet budget goals and productivity standards
Developing and implementing methods and procedures to improve efficiency and safety of operations
Maintaining the security of all merchandise and capital equipment in assigned departments
Assignment of special projects that relate to the business and/or operations in order to expand knowledge of facility or company
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience
3-5 years experience in Distribution Center management
Preferred
Distribution systems preferred
Retail Experience preferred
