Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project lifecycles (planning, execution, monitoring, closure), ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Manage specific complexities of B2B projects, which may involve working with the SAP Business Network, configuring Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions, and ensuring seamless integration with external partner systems

When required, perform hands-on SAP SD configuration

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment

Ensure all project documentation is developed, maintained, and that solutions comply with internal guidelines and best practices

Qualification

SAP SD/OTC expertiseProject Management CertificationB2B project managementTechnical proficiency in SAPBusiness acumenAnalytical skillsLeadership skillsCommunication skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

Proven track record of managing multiple, full-lifecycle SAP implementation projects, including B2B projects

Deep functional knowledge of the SAP SD/OTC module and its integration points with MM and FI/CO

Ability to perform hands-on configuration in SAP SD and a strong understanding of technical aspects like IDOC management and custom developments

Strong understanding of sales and distribution business processes and the ability to map real-world scenarios to SAP solutions

Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

A bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field

Preferred

Project Management Certification: PMP, SAP Certified Project Manager (CPM), or an equivalent project management certification is highly desirable
