Responsibilities

Rapidly come up to speed on an existing product with complex hardware/firmware/software architecture

Work with a team of optics, chemistry, and circuit experts to modify the existing system hardware/firmware/software configuration to adapt the existing product to a variety of applications in an unrelated technical field

Modify existing hardware (e.g. pcb test board redesigns)

Interpret existing firmware command set and make it more readily accessible

Help visualize new data types live during experiments

Manage cloud data storage and access
