Responsibilities

Define product requirements and roadmap for the Connect AI Cloud Platform, including hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure
Partner with Cloud Engineering, Architecture, and Security to deliver platform features, services, and capabilities
Translate enterprise customer needs into infrastructure and platform requirements
Ensure platform reliability, observability, cost optimization, and performance expected SLAs
Develop documentation, release requirements, and internal enablement materials for platform capabilities
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to anticipate platform needs across Connect AI product lines
Ensure platform governance and compliance - SOC2, data residency, tenant isolation policies
Manage incident response and platform communication - own platform status communications, post-mortems
Manage migration and upgrade strategy - backwards compatibility, deprecation policies, customer migration paths
Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations on future state architecture and platform evolution

Required

8+ years of product management experience, including platform, cloud, or infrastructure product roles
Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, hybrid cloud models, Kubernetes, observability, and CI/CD pipelines
Proven ability to collaborate closely with engineering and cross-functional teams
Experience working with enterprise-scale platforms

Preferred

While this role is open to candidates across the U.S., we have a preference for candidates based in or near the San Francisco Bay Area
