The Junior Loan Processor will work closely with Loan Originators and other staff to prepare loan files for approval, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process.

Responsibilities
Prepare and distribute regulatory compliance disclosures in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to industry standards and legal requirements
Conduct verification and research on borrower-provided information
Create initial and final closing disclosures and manage pre-qualification files by inputting data into the system
Calendar installment payments to ensure timely collection and tracking
Call buyers and collect payments as needed
Send and scan copies of receipts through Dropbox for record-keeping
Organize and stack closed packet files for efficient record management
Assist with additional tasks and projects assigned by management to support overall team operations
All pre-quals that transition to a sale pending file must be put together and submitted to sales coordinator for processing
Occasional weekends
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Experience using Calyx or Encompass
Knowledge of mortgage loan processing procedures, compliance regulations, and mortgage documentation
