Responsibilities

Conducting proactive, on-site supplier assessments to identify risks before they impact production
Ensuring continuity as demand grows
Evaluating supplier capacity, labor planning, tooling health, and process efficiency
Monitoring performance through ERP and Control Tower data
Supporting supplier onboarding and development

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree
At least five years of experience in supply chain, engineering, or manufacturing
One year in a leadership role
Alternatively, a master's degree with three years of experience
Alternatively, a minimum of eight years of relevant experience
Ability to conduct onsite visits to suppliers
Evaluate supplier capacity, labor planning, tooling health, and process efficiency
Monitor performance through ERP and Control Tower data
Support supplier onboarding and development
Willingness to travel up to 80% to International Motors plants

Preferred

Reside near International WHQ in Lisle IL
Reside near plants in Huntsville AL, Springfield OH, Escobedo MX, or San Antonio TX
